As a Tall Pinze network partner, you commit to upholding the standards above on every referral — responding promptly and professionally, working to the highest ethical and competence standards, communicating clearly with both clients and referring CPAs, protecting confidentiality and professional boundaries, and giving your best effort toward a positive outcome for each client. The complete professional pledge forms part of the Licensing Agreement you receive at enrollment.

Fee Structure

To maintain and improve this referral platform, we require two fees:

• Annual Vendor Registration Fee: $750 per year, due upon approval and annually thereafter
• 10% Referral Technology Fee: Charged on each completed transaction when you receive payment from the referred client

Payment Terms: The annual registration fee is due within 15 days of approval. The 10% referral fee is due at the close of each transaction when you receive payment from the referred client. You will receive invoices with payment instructions.

Example: If you complete a $10,000 engagement from a referral, the referral technology fee would be $1,000, payable upon receipt of your client payment (in addition to the annual $750 registration fee).

The $750 annual registration fee is due within 15 days of approval and each year thereafter; your first year is collected at enrollment and renewals are invoiced annually. The 10% referral technology fee is charged on each completed transaction when you receive payment from a referred client — it compensates Tall Pinze for use of the platform and technology and is not a fee for the referral of any specific client.
